Bringing together mainly musicians who live in Nerima-ku or have some connection with it to give musical and other performances, this jazz festival is aimed at interaction between local residents from children to adults including the elderly, and enjoyment of music for all. In collaboration with Nerima citizens and various shopping districts around Nerima-ku, Nerima citizens work together to create the music festival and bring excitement to the area. At the same time, event organizers make continuous efforts to support disaster-stricken areas, this year partnering with Hiroshima Prefecture.

The association’s activities revolve around the revitalization of Nerima-ku under the theme of community development from the streets through music, as well as providing support and donations for disaster-stricken areas across Japan.
