By turning the spotlight on Tokatsu area where the writer lives, the aim was to help enhance Tokyo’s appeal and raise awareness of the city. In addition, by featuring actors who work at small theaters, the writer’s own wife, and a full-time security guard as performers, the technique of autofiction has been used to elevate personal matters and produce a creative stage work, contributing to fresh creation of culture with value. The troupe leader himself took on a central role in the project in a wide variety of roles including scriptwriting, direction, video and music production, and video and sound operation.
