Eri Nosaka gave the 25-string Koto recital “Tsunagu” in order to pass on/join the dots between the DNA she inherited from her late grandmother Souju Nosaka I and her late mother Souju Nosaka II, as well as to bridge the sounds of the 25-string Koto created by her mother, with whom she has previously performed. In addition to the self-composed “Akatonbo for solo 25-string Koto,” Nosaka performed “Koto-uta Snow falls: For 25-string Koto and poem” by Jouji Yuasa, “25-string Koto music KOGA” by Akira Ifukube, and the commissioned premiere of “The Dream Bird” by Youichi Sugiyama.
