“Skill” refers to the skills required to do what needs to be done in various aspects of a project. These include practical work such as setting up a meeting and managing a project site; archiving records to ensure their transmission to future generations; and carrying out the management process all the way to the evaluation stage.
Through “practice problems,” participants will work together in small groups and accumulate training experience as they apply their imagination and skills to a number of example situations.
