Tokyo Wind Symphony Orchestra is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its foundation. This regularly scheduled concert will be conducted by the orchestra’s Conductor Emeritus, Yasuhiko Shiozawa, with solo trumpet by Andre Henry. The program includes the world premiere of a work by P. Sparke, commissioned by the orchestra for its 50th anniversary, as well as famous works by composers such as J. Van der Roost and A. Arutiunian.
