A project launched in 2010 by artist Tadashi Kawamata to reconsider Tokyo in light of the new scenery that has emerged along the banks of the Sumida River in conjunction with the construction of TOKYO SKYTREE. Shioiri Tower, Tsukuda Terrace and Toyosu Dome, points for observing changing cityscapes constructed on the city’s waterfront, are open to the public until November 4.

Shiori Tower: 9:00 – 16:00
Tsukuda Terrace/Kiyosu Dome : open all day
