Fully-supported lessons that make use of museums

A program perfect for out-of-school learning excursions to the cultural facilities of Ueno Park. We consult with teachers in order to offer a wide range of activities tailored to lesson aims and objectives. Museum curators and university professors provide teachers with support from the preparatory stage through the actual course, on a program designed to enhance the museum experience for children and students.

Program example
(1) Orientation-type program introducing ways to enjoy Ueno Park museums (around 45 minutes long)
(2) Program of art appreciation through dialogue with an “art communicator” (around 90 – 120 minutes long)

Elementary, junior high and high schools
– 1-2 schools per month
– Individual school clubs and classes may also apply.

Please fill out the reservation form on the Official website.
*To be decided by lottery if oversubscribed.

Application period

The deadline is:
By the last day of the month, two months before the month in which you wish the class to take place
*If spaces are available after the deadline, applications to participate will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until a month prior to the class.
