Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Professional Human Resource Development Training (Lecture series): Business Models (4 sessions)

Performing Arts and Audience Connected via Business

Genre:
  • Theater / Dance ,
  • Lecture / Symposium

It is considered that people working in theaters, music halls and cultural organizations are struggling to develop audiences every day. In addition, various private services are used to develop audiences.

While using these services as usual, in reality, they are actually less aware of what kind of business model they are built on and how the parties are trying to transform the industry through them. Isn’t it?

In this lecture series, after introducing these services to the background of the service launch, details of the service content, business model, etc., the “Performance and direction of solutions” in the performing arts industry, I would like to have a discussion on the “industry potential” with questions from the participants.
