On this program, we will send young arts management professionals, who will in future play a role in connecting artists and society, on short term study visits to arts festivals etc. providing opportunities to develop network with the global arts sector as a first step to working on the world stage. In addition, by offering direct contact with pioneering works from overseas and the international creative frontlines, the hope is to foster production of art works with an international perspective.

-Additionally, participants can access guidance and programmatic support; for example coordination of schedules and programs, introductions to relevant people at the destination, etc.

Indonesian Dance Festival, Indonesian Dramatic Reading Festival (scheduled)
Overview
Program participants will be posted in time for Indonesia’s largest international festival of contemporary dance (in Jakarta) starting on November 2, 2024. We are also planning an observation tour of the Indonesian Dramatic Reading Festival in Yogyakarta, an event showcasing plays by pioneering playwrights from Indonesia and beyond. The event offers an opportunity to experience cutting-edge dance and theater from around the world, and to meet and network with international art professionals.
