Second open call of fiscal year 2024[CINARS (Montreal)]

On this program, we will send young arts management professionals, who will in future play a role in connecting artists and society, on short term study visits to arts festivals etc. providing opportunities to develop network with the global arts sector as a first step to working on the world stage. In addition, by offering direct contact with pioneering works from overseas and the international creative frontlines, the hope is to foster production of art works with an international perspective.

Support
-Return air ticket between Japan and destination (Economy Class)
-Expenses (local accommodation)
-Daily allowance (10,000 yen per day)
-Additionally, participants can access guidance and programmatic support; for example coordination of schedules and programs, introductions to relevant people at the destination, etc.

Overview
Program participants will be posted to CINARS BIENNALE, one of the most important international performing arts conferences in the world, which held every two years in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. During one week shows, there is a variety of programs including fringe events, booth displays, and conferences. A platform bringing together diverse genres such as dance and theater, CINARS will enable participants to experience world-class stage arts through taking part in programs and meeting with arts professionals.
