This program of traditional entertainments provides the chance to enjoy rakugo (traditional comical storytelling) and yose vaudeville performances, which flourished amid the townspeople culture of Edo, along with the traditional performing arts of the geisha world. Featuring dance and music performances by geishas from Tokyo’s six geisha districts (Shinbashi, Akasaka, Asakusa, Kagurazaka, Yoshicho and Muko-jima), this traditional performing arts show conjures up the spirit of Edo in modern-day Tokyo.
