This comprehensive urban arts festival aims to link the metropolis to the rest of the world through Tokyo’s rich and diverse arts and culture scene. We will seek to ensure widespread appreciation of the appeal of the performing arts through four key programs: Festival/Tokyo, Geigeki Autumn Selection, TOSHIMA International City of Arts & Culture Program, and APAF – Asian Performing Arts Forum.
