Outline

This genre-crossing project brings a diverse array of artists together in Tokyo’s Kanda district. With Tokyo Denki University’s former Kanda campus serving as the main venue, a series of large-scale events has been underway since 2012. Through art events that make full use of Kanda’s potential, this project will continue to ensure the direct involvement of local residents, while enhancing the district’s incubation functions within the metropolis, thereby nurturing its power to bring people together. By building up a record of achievement in these activities, this project will grow Kanda’s cultural brand power and link it into the cultural development of Tokyo as a whole.
