Outline

This project will work to establish a network between local theatres and an informal platform for those in the theatre and dance fields in conjunction with public and private theatres in Tokyo. In the first half of 2014, for example, they will be holding a series of 14 lectures including “Theatre and Society,” “Exploring Contemporary Theatre Around the World,” “Theatre Education around the World,” and “Professionals who work overseas.” We will give audiences a chance to become more active in theatre, as well as provide an open network for theatre and dance professionals.
