We research artist Minoru Yoshida’s activities from 1970 to 78 in New York. By exhibiting the researched materials, we examine the Japanese immigrant artists’ practice from 70s and look at the importance of immigrant’s art culture in abroad.
Gendai Kazoku Researchers
We established Gendai Kazoku Researchers with a purpose to research Minoru Yoshida’s art from the past. As Minoru Yoshida was based in the United States in 1970s, we also conduct our research in Japan and the U.S.
