Outline

Modern drama inspired by Rampo Edogawa’s “Phantom Tower.” A female university student pays a casual visit to Rampo Edogawa’s residence, which is near her university. She is led to the world of Rampo through a series of checkered encounters; and after 10 years, she finds herself back at the “Phantom Tower.” A missing black cat; a mysterious man; an imposing tower. Together with her friends she confronts the “invisible” things. The production features Masaomi Koizumi of Haiyuza as director/actor, with Keito Shiina, also of Haiyuza, in the lead role. This is a stage production centering on the concept of imagination, led by accomplished actors and utilizing abstract sets.
