The aim is to give external visibility to the cultural and artistic value of the entire district by using its public spaces and promoting it in tandem with other organizations, and to communicate it to the world as a showcase for dance music and DJs.
Over half a year or so from early fall through February the following year, the area around Shibuya Koen-dori will host three closely aligned live entertainment programs.

With participation/appearances by Zeebra, DJ KOO(trf), Ken Hasebe (Mayor of Shibuya Ward), Hama Okamoto, Ai Higuchi, KAZUSA MATSUYAMA, RYOSUKE MISAWA, MINO WATABE, and others.
