A dance production organized by OrganWorks, the dance company led by Shintaro Hirahara, a choreographer active in Japan and overseas. The production featured the performance of works by three teams cast by OrganWorks.
In addition to selecting some of the performers in works choregraphed by Hirahara and other featured works through an open call, prior to creation of the works, the group held classroom lectures and practical workshops designed to expand opportunities for young dancers to get involved in the world of the stage, and engaged in initiatives that combined aspects of human resource development.
