Borrowing extensively from the structure and stage conventions of Noh, this work depicts the senseless deaths of people who have died in raging viral pandemics, earthquakes and the like. It carries on the lineage of FumenKaiga’s “Terra Australis Incognita” project, which the troupe has implemented since 2020 with the aim of constructing stage performances by combining new short dramas for each production, in the way of a set list for live music.
