At Nihonbashi area which is the venue of Nihonbashi Kidai-Matsuri Edo Asobi ― Traditional Culture Festival, we carry out the experience program of Engei and Kimono dressing. It is a valuable opportunity that can be exposed to the traditional culture in the Nihonbashi, the birthplace of Edo culture which even today retains some of its historical atmosphere. English guidance is available on that day. Please feel free to join.
Once dressed, you will be able to walk around Nihonbashi area in Japanese clothes which are furisode (long-sleeved kimono), casual kimono for female, monpuku (crested kimono) for male. We will hand out the manual in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
