Talents Tokyo aims to provide an opportunity for Asian directors and producers (Talents) to learn how to build an international network and become filmmakers on a global scale. The program invites worldwide professionals in the field of directing, producing, and world sales, to provide lectures and give insight on project presentation. The program also hopes that Talents will build valuable networks with other participants and film professionals participating in TOKYO FILMeX happening at the same time.

We are pleased to announce that Talents Tokyo 2020, a program that strives to develop aspiring filmmakers, will be held in accordance with the schedule of open programs listed below. In light of the ongoing global pandemic, this year’s program will be delivered online.

Talents Tokyo 2020
Dates: Monday, November 2 to Saturday, November 7 2020
Format: Both experts and participants will be participating online
Participants: 15 young Asian directors and producers
Open programs:
(1) Thursday, November 5, 3:30pm-4:30pm: Open Campus
(2) Thursday, November 5, 5:00pm-8:00pm: Open Presentation
(3) Saturday, November 7, 2:00pm-2:30pm (Planned): Awards and Closing Ceremony
