As a new initiative this year, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) has decided to hold accessible short programs that offer foreigners the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of traditional culture and performing arts around tourists attractions in Tokyo.
