This art project takes artistic activities out into the community with displays of artists’ works and projects in the Kiyosumi-shirakawa area while Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (MOT) is closed for renovations. Through a program featuring not only exhibitions of art works, but also talk sessions and a diverse array of other events, held in collaboration with cultural space and shopping arcades around the museum, this project aims to help people to rediscover the appeal of their community. In the third edition of the program, we will seek to build excitement ahead of the imminent reopening of the refurbished museum.
