Outline

Akira Kasai has created structured choreography from a variety of perspectives on the topic of “Blackboard Drawings,” a text detailing the drawings of Rudolf Steiner. The pieces will be performed by specialized eurythmists who have been training for movement to words and music for ten years or more. This performance will shine the spotlight on the connection between the human body and words. It is a trial centered on Steiner’s text that attempts to create a comprehensive theater space bringing together words, movement, colors and music.
