For people aged 50 and above. Sing Japanese and Portuguese songs together with musicians from Portugal.

Have a go at creating vibrant sounds and emotions with layers of voice and sound. Move your body along to the music, and feel the music from head to toe. We’ll also be doing Christmas songs from around the world.

Applications will be decided by lottery in the case of over-subscription, and applicants will be notified of the results by Wednesday, November 22.
Please note that if you do not apply via a reply-paid postcard, or if the information you supply is incomplete, your application will not be considered for the lottery.

*Changes to some postal rates came into effect from Thursday, June 1. When applying, please use a 62-yen reply-paid postcard to ensure sufficient postage. Please note that event organizers may not be able to reply to applications with insufficient postage.

About workshop participation

  • Reception will open 15 minutes before the start.
  • You may enter or exit the event at any time, but please do not disturb other people.
  • Please note you may be filmed or photographed by Tokyo Bunka Kaikan staff members during the workshops.
  • Please note workshops are subject to change or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances.
