*All applicants will be notified of the results in writing. We cannot respond to inquiries by telephone, etc.

1. Download the application form on this page and fill out the form.
2. Send the form by post to the address mentioned below with the replying envelope attached with 82 yen stamp and filled with your name and address.
3. After closing the application, the result notification will be sent by post to all the applicants. The notification of the payment is included only for the enrolled participants.
4. Please process the payment following the notification attached with the result letter. Once the payment has been received, the documents and preparation tasks, if any, will be sent to the participants.

*Please note that the documents submitted will not be returned to the applicants.
