The guests for the 11th talk show, a look at the unique potential of art projects, are Michitaka Iriuchijima (the founder of Nakanojo Biennale, former mayor of Nakanojo) and Toshiyuki Karasawa (who assisted with the first four art events and once served as the director of the Nakanojo Planning and Policy Section). Drawing on the history of the Nakanojo Biennale, the guests talk about how art projects generate different effects than regular projects do and what makes art projects so uniquely powerful.
