*Caregivers of the 4th grade or younger elementary school students must pick-up/drop-off their children at the venue.

Presentation of the workshop results
At the dress rehearsal viewing on Friday, September 20
*Participating in only the dress rehearsal viewing is not allowed. (The dress rehearsal viewing is free of charge.)
*One companion per participant is invited to the dress rehearsal viewing. Pre-school children are not allowed to attend the rehearsal.
*We will use certain parts of props created as a decoration of the stage set.

Maximum number of participants

approx. 30 per class
*A lottery shall be conducted if the number of applications exceeds the limit.
*The workshop is conducted only in Japanese.

*Please pay by cash at the check-in on the workshop day.

*The result will be sent by post to all the applicants. We do not answer to the inquiries on the result.

  • Send the form by post to the below address with a replying Chou-#3 envelope (120 x 235 mm), attached 82 yen stamp to it and filled with your name and address.
  • After closing the application, the result notification will be sent by post to all the applicants.
