Free mini concert at lunchtime, come and go as you please.

The Toshima City Hall Lunchtime Concert is coming to Hareza Ikebukuro, collaborating with the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan!
Young renowned artists including the Tokyo Music Competition winners will perform excellent music.

On attending the concert

  • Small children are expected to attend the performance. Your understanding is highly appreciated in case of their sudden screaming, reacting with the performance.
  • The seating area is the red staircase in the Park Plaza. Please note that the seats are limited.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the Park Plaza.

For audience with small children

In case your children cannot sit still by screaming or crying, please be courteous to your fellow audience, and kindly take necessary actions to calm your children down, such as leaving the plaza temporarily.
