The orchestra is coming to your town.

The Premium Concert series presents performances by orchestras in local towns.
This popular concert series places importance on interaction with local people, presenting ensemble and orchestra performances at various locations in the Tama area and Tokyo’s offshore islands.
Everyone from children to adults can easily enjoy classical music at these performances, which are all free of charge.

The program will be held with measures designed to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Please kindly understand and follow “Notice to visitors” below for further information.

– Please bring ID document (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.) that can verify your identity on the day of the event.
– If there are any changes in the members to attend, please contact the Premium Concert in Fuchu Office in advance.

Notice to visitors

Please check and comply with the following requirements designed to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID 19). Visitors who fail to comply may be refused entry.
Please also read and check measures put in place by Fuchu-no-Mori Art Theater to control the spread of infection.

  1. Please check your temperature before visiting the venue. Please refrain from visiting if you show any of the following symptoms:
    – Anyone recording a temperature of more than 37.5℃
    – Anyone with a cough, difficulty breathing, a general feeling of tiredness, a sore throat, a runny/stuffy nose, a loss or change to sense of taste or smell, eye pain and bloodshot eyes, headaches, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, or nausea/vomiting
    – Anyone who has been in close contact with somebody who has tested positive for coronavirus
    – Anyone who in the last two weeks has visited countries/regions with entry restrictions and which require medical observation after entry, and anyone who has had close contact with residents of those countries/regions
  2. We will monitor the temperature of visitors by means such as thermal imaging. Anyone shown to have a temperature of more than 37.5℃ will be refused entry.
  3. With physical contact limitation in mind, we will not be distributing tickets on the day. Please be sure to bring the tickets sent to you in advance. We will not look after tickets, or re-issue lost ones.
  4. When entering the venue please maintain a distance of more than one meter from the person in front. We may stagger admission to avoid crowding, so please arrive at the venue in a timely manner.
  5. Visitors are asked to tear off ticket stubs themselves under visual confirmation by staff members. Visitors should pick up programs themselves from designated areas in the venue.
  6. Please maintain distance from other visitors inside the venue and avoid the “Three Cs”: closed spaces, crowded places and close-contact settings. Stay at least one meter apart from others in the lobby and foyer and keep your voices down when talking.
  7. There is no cloakroom in the venue. Please refrain from bringing large items of baggage such as musical instruments or suitcases.
  8. Please refrain from eating and drinking inside the venue.
  9. Please be sure to wear a mask inside the venue at all times. Please respect proper coughing etiquette.
  10. Please wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer.
    Please wash or sanitize your hands if you touch something that an indeterminate number of people have touched.
    Also be careful not to touch your face etc. with your own hands.
  11. Please refrain from shouting out “Bravo!” or similar during the performance.
  12. Please wait in line for restrooms at least one meter apart, and bring a handkerchief or small hand towel.
  13. Please refrain from waiting backstage for performers. In addition, please refrain from meeting performers face-to-face or giving them gifts and other offerings.
  14. If you have underlying diseases, such as diabetic, cardiac insufficiency, respiratory disease, etc, please refer to your doctor’s advice and related medical information before you would decide to attend to the event.
  15. If you should fall ill, we may give out your details at the request of public bodies such as medical institutions and health care centers.
  16. Front row seats will be a sufficient distance from the stage, and infection prevention measures will also be put in place for seats to the front, rear, left and right of audience members.
  17. The performance may be canceled depending on future circumstances.
