The steelpan is an instrument that comes from Trinidad and Tobago, an island country in the Caribbean Sea. Steelpans are made from oil barrels! Their distinctive feature is a beautiful tone with unique harmonic resonance.
The first installment of Miharairo Kids Program is “Have Fun and Make Music with Steelpans,” a workshop that gives people a chance to play real steelpans.
At the end of the workshop, the participants will all play a song together. Come and experience a fun musical instrument that everyone can play!
