The TERATOTERA Festival is a large-scale city exhibition which has been held once a year since 2011. The festival is packed with events from art exhibitions to performances and live music. This year the festival is due to take place over three days between November 21st and 23rd, 2015 in vacant stores and other spaces, in the area around Mitaka station as in the previous year.
