Tokyo Bunka Kaikan is teaming up with Casa da Música, a music institution in Portugal that hosts activities to spread the latest education overseas, to debut the Music Education Program in Tachikawa! This participation-style educational program fosters cooperation and creativity, offering participants the opportunity to experience the joy of music that transcends genres.
