This workshop teaches young aspiring performing arts planners/technical and production staff the overall flow of staging a performance, through involvement in onsite performing arts production from the preparation stage onwards, and taking part in the process from rehearsal to performance. Being a member of a team directly engaged in production will provide participants with comprehensive practical work experience that cannot be taught in a classroom.
Young people aged 18-25 including university students, those studying stage design (setting, costume, lighting) or art management at school or any other institutions, or would-be stage designers and producers (further consultation necessary for applicants outside the stated age group)
