*Please note that refunds can not be made after the refund period.
*After confirming the returned tickets, the refund money will be transferred to your specified account by the end of December.

   The payment request and the refund maybe billed on different month, depending on the cut off date of the credit card company.

*Please note that the refund process differ depending on how you had your tickets issued.

1. To those who have already had their tickets issued at Seven Eleven store.
   The refund process is accepted at the store you had your tickets issued. Please visit the store with your tickets during the refunding period. The refund process will be acceptable from 10 a.m. of the first day of refunding period. (Please note that the store’s name you had your tickets issued is printed on the lower left side of the tickets.)
   *If you are not able to visit the store, please follow the instruction mentioned below in 3.
2. To those who made payments through credit cards and have not had their tickets issued yet
   The refund will be handled by the credit card company that was used for the purchase of the tickets. The payment request and the refund may be billed on different month, depending on the cut off date of the credit card company.
3. To those who purchased the tickets at ticket booth of Kita Noh Theatre, and those who purchased and had their tickets issued in Seven Eleven stores but are not able to visit the shop you made your purchase
