This project attracting participants of diverse occupations and ages living in Fuchu City in the suburbs of Tokyo aims to use expressions in familiar forms and with an everyday outlook to make Fuchu a place where everyone can freely express themselves. ACF creates an environment enabling people to experience different viewpoints, respect each other’s differences, and create free and dynamic forms of expression. The project is run in collaboration with people in a variety of positions including those in government and corporate roles, citizens etc.
