This is a project aimed at forming a network that people can put to use after a disaster by widely sharing recorded material – a sort of “documentation of disaster (karoku)” – accumulated in areas that have experienced disaster, as well as by sharing the knowledge and techniques for expression related to disaster prevention and resilience, and the challenges involved.
