What we do

Karoku Recycle

This is a project to widely share recorded material – a sort of “documentation of disaster (karoku) ” – accumulated in areas that have experienced disaster, to share the knowledge and techniques for expression related to disaster prevention and resilience, and to share the challenges involved. The aim is to form a network helping people live through the inter-disaster period together and helping them prepare for the next disaster, and which can also be put to use after a disaster.
