Consecutive series of learning videos on entry-level art project management

Community-based art projects entail diverse know-how and project design for supporting every-day operations. To include:
– Three-person office team: the first steps in an art project
– Plan, People, Money, Time: the four-point project management necessities
– Activity base: finding a place to be your base
– Preparing for evaluation to continue a project
