Consecutive series of learning videos on entry-level art project management

Community-based art projects entail diverse know-how and project design for supporting every-day operations. In this video series, program officers, who provide the intermediate support for art projects, will introduce the necessary perspectives and the issues involved in art project management through selected themes from the book “Tokyo Artpoint Project Book of Terminology for Talking with management Offices Running Art Projects (Enlarged Edition).”
In addition, following this course we plan to release a “Practice Edition” video sometime between this fall and winter, in which we delve deeper into the art project perspective, and learn operation methods with reference to specific examples.
