This project features a range of ongoing art programs that link up the numerous art spots located in the Suginami, Musashino, and Tama districts between Koenji and Kokubunji stations on JR’s Chuo Line, an area that has traditionally been home to many artists and authors and whose popularity continues unabated, now among the younger generation. Devoting its energies to human resource development focused on nurturing volunteers nicknamed “TERAKKO” by involving them in the planning and running of the program, this initiative cultivates people who can work in partnership with artists to produce art projects.
