In the continually evolving East Tokyo area, where Skytree and Shitamachi tourism continue to develop and thrive, we will undertake programs that pursue the possibilities for making music in public spaces and the optimal scale of such activities, as well as initiatives that explore and put into practice techniques for attracting diverse participation in music-based programs.
