Sprinkling bright, beautiful seeds of euphonious sound around the East Tokyo area, this project seeks to expand the horizons of what music can achieve within the town. In the continually evolving East Tokyo area, where Skytree and Shitamachi tourism continue to develop and thrive, we will explore the possibilities for making music in public spaces and the optimal scale of such activities by opening up stores and public facilities, and holding parades that members of the public can join in at will.
