Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) are unfolding a variety of cultural programs as Tokyo Tokyo Festival (TTF), with the aim of building excitement from a cultural perspective for the Olympic and Paralympic Games being held in Tokyo in 2020.Now we’ve reached the milestone of one year before the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, we will be holding a TTF promotion event at LaLaport Tachikawa Tachihi on Friday, August 23, themed around “No Border.”
This event offers the appeal of both arts and culture with sports, featuring special performances by Koichi Omae, a dancer with a prosthetic leg and blind guitarist Hiroaki Tagawa who make full use of their individuality in their work, as well as a talk session with Atsushi Yamamoto, a Paralympian who has competed in three consecutive Paralympics since the Beijing Games.
We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy Tokyo Tokyo Festival with family and friends.

The event includes a photo session with Paralympian Yamamoto and performance artists Omae and Tagawa, and this event’s host Kaminari. For 20 people only on a first-come-first-served basis!
Numbered tickets for the photo session will be given out from 10:10 on the day of the event.

If you didn’t make it in time to the photo session…
We’ll give away signed TTF fans to 20 lucky lottery winners! Lottery tickets will be handed out at the venue and the lottery draw held after the end of the stage program.
