Special talk event “The Future of Tokyo, City of Arts and Culture” is a one-off opportunity to hear a discussion on Tokyo’s diverse and profound arts and culture, and approaches to its future. Panelists Kanako Momota, leader of “idol” group Momoiro Clover Z, film director Katsuyuki Motohiro, Satoshi Miyagi, General Director of Tokyo Festival, and Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike join a discussion hosted by Miho Nakai on the theme of “theater” and held in Ikebukuro, the base for Tokyo Festival. This event is part of Tokyo Tokyo Festival *1, an initiative promoting Tokyo as a city of artistic and cultural attractions in the run-up to 2020.
