Pun Filled Music presented by Makoto Nomura is marking its seventh year.
Through a variety of concerts and workshops, the Pun Music Festival Study Group, recruited from the general public, has led the project’s exploration of new pun-based music connecting music and puns. Last year it held its first Annual Conference on Pun-Filled Music, which provided an informal way for people to get a taste of the group’s research results, and garnered some new members as well.
This year the group is making it official with a second conference! The event will include special talks by members of the Nihon Dajare Katsuyo Kyokai (Japan Association for the Practical Use of Puns), and offer a vibrant array of new ideas and programs.
Join the Pun Music Festival Study group for an all-round pun-filled music experience with a concert, lectures, workshops, a large ensemble and more!
