[Arts Academy: Accounting/tax for arts and culture] Fearturing licenced accountants who specializes in arts and cultural sector as lecturers, this program offers a multifaceted course based on the forms of corporations. Each lecture will provide basic knowledge of accounting and taxation, as well as hints for sustainable management of organizations and activities.

[Arts Academy: Capacity Building Course for Leaders in Arts and Culture] This program aims to cultivate and nurture the next generation of leaders in arts and culture, by supporting them to find deep insight and a broad outlook when thinking about the role of arts and culture in society and putting this thinking into practice. Adopting a multifaceted perspective, it also provides support in capacity building to develop thoughts and skills for various practitioners in order to solve the issues faced on their activities and achieve their goals. The program features practical seminars and discussions, with participants preparing and presenting reports on problemsolving/ value-making strategies.

[Arts Academy: Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Professional Development Training Program] This program is aimed at helping young people who aspire to work in public cultural institutions and theaters to change and develop their career in the field of performing arts and enhance their talents as producers. Through on-the-job training, lectures and seminars, this program provides essential knowledge and skills, and also helps participants to build networking with performing arts professionals, in order to nurturing talent who will play a pivotal role in theater management in future.
