We aim to realize Tokyo as a world-class city of arts and culture through the combined efforts of the public and private sectors by supporting both the diverse artistic/creative activities that help to enhance Tokyo’s appeal as a city, and the people involved in them.
To that end, we offer grants to cover part of the costs of creative activities including festivals and art projects in various genres which take place in Tokyo and are jointly created by numerous organizations and participants, as well as innovative and sustainable projects capable of communicating Tokyo’s appeal.
