*Caregivers of the 4th grade or younger elementary school students must pick-up/drop-off their children at the venue.

Result
The result will be sent in early July.

• Send the form by post to the below address with a replying Choukei #3 envelope (120 x 235 mm), with your name and address filled in and 94 yen stamp attached.
• The result notification will be sent by post to all the applicants. We do not answer to any inquiries on the result by telephone.
• Please process the payment following the notification attached with the result only sent to the participants.

*Please note that the documents submitted will not be returned to the applicants.
